This is not the first time for Anna Maria but our first time with The Prout's, Missy was by far the best hostess we have ever had!! She is personable and always available if we had any questions. It was ready as promised, clean and smelled great!! The pool is why you would want to rent this house. It is small but with the winter weather it was warm every day!!! The hot tub was great. We usually go to the other end of the island for sand dollars but found 40 sharks teeth on the beach by the house. I would definitely recommend renting it. We had kids ranging from 7 months to 4 years and having their bedrooms upstairs was great. Hope to enjoy this house again!!!

Beautiful roomy home, great location with easy beach walk, nice amenities all around! Lots of separate bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large family requirements, yet still felt close in the great kitchen to gather for meals and fun. We really enjoyed the relaxing pool area with the sitting space, grill, bar, very large eating table, foosball table, and outdoor TV for viewing and music. Above all, the host, Missy, was easily accessible, quick to respond and friendly for any of our needs.

I wanted the big house experience with my friends for my retirement. It had everything we needed. With 10 people you need the privacy decks and the four bathrooms, but also the big kitchen and table for 10 for big meals and gatherings. The trees all around the pool was wonderful for privacy from neighbors. I loved the rooftop deck!! Many sunrises and sunsets watch there! The decor was awesome. It was clean and maintained very well. Thank you, I'd highly recommend this VRBO.

We would definitely stay at this property again. The walk to the beach literally was a 5 minute walk, the property was so huge, accomodating, clean and provided the room we needed for all of us to be comfortable but not cramped. Lastly, there were 3 lthings that made our trip outstanding by staying here at Avenue C: 1. Nice pool and hot tub with an outdoor grill and TV set up were nice extras after spending time on the beach 2. Huge common areas that allowed our whole family unit to be together and enjoy each other 3. Perfect location to enjoy the gulf from the upstairs balcony and quick access to restaurants and Publix. We had such a lovely time celebrating our wedding at this house with our families. The home has everything you could think of and need for a week+ stay. The pool, pool area and outdoor dining set made for gorgeous dinners Al fresco. We also loved having coffee and watching the sun rise on the roof deck. The host was super responsive and flexible with all my questions and needs. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!

Outstanding rental and the best host we’ve ever had. Everything about the property was as advertised and was a perfect fit for our party of 8 adults and 4 young children. The property was just off the beach and an easy walk with umbrellas, chairs and carts. We had a couple of TVs that weren’t working and the host had a repair man there the next day. Fixed one and replaced the other, the same day. Check in and out were simple and efficient. We had a great time and highly recommend this property.

We rented this property for a family get together during our grandkids spring break. Kids are 9,8,8,&5. They lived the pool and the beach. The house was perfect and Missy was a delight to work with. Would rent it again.

Our family of 12, ages 19 mo.-64 just returned from a wonderful week enjoying this spacious house. Great location to beach even thou most wanted to just stay and swim in the pool! Foos ball table and arcade game also entertained us all. A nice little park a short block away which has nice little playground and a basketball court. Several bikes which we used a lot and plenty of pool/beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Made for a great week!

We love our stay! The house is perfect for larger groups - we had 4 adults and 2 teenagers that wanted their own room. Everyone had a queen or king bed and their own bathroom which is hard to find. All the bedrooms have USB charging hubs, which I thought was a great add since most people have multiple charging devices. The pool, hot tub, and backyard amenities were great! The backyard gets morning/early afternoon sun so we would hang out by the pool during that time and head to the beach which is only 1.5 blocks away for the rest of the afternoon. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely, well maintained property with lots of extras like beach towels/toys/wagon/chairs/bikes and a well equipped kitchen. The pool area is a private oasis screened off from the close neighbors. It's a very short walk to the beautiful beach, and from the roof you can see water in two directions. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive and provided lots of great local recommendations. Our teen loved the arcade game console and foosball table, and all ages enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. It's close to grocery and restaurants. Would recommend for a family or group getaway.

Absolutely loved the house and the location . The outdoor spaces from the rooftop to the underneath patio/entertainment area was amazing we spent every night down and every morning watching the sunrise and sunsets. We had such a great time spending mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. The location is an easy walk to the beach (even with two kids under 5 yo) and a quick drive to any other island destinations. This is the second time our family of 9 has visited this home and we can't wait to come back again next year!

Great House! Great location! Beach access just across the street, and seemed to be a little less busy than other parts of the beach. House had all the chairs, towels and a beach wagon to tow it all down to the beach. Wonderful rooftop deck too. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful week in your beautiful home! Our daughter,son-in-law and 4 grandchildren ages 11-18 joined us and all had a great time.The home is decorated beautifully and the pool area was so much fun. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and the water was so warm which after a long winter in Maine was much appreciated. The weather was in the 80’s the whole week. We rented a golf cart for 8 and it was fun to get around the island in. Tried many of the restaurants and had delicious meals. Missy was wonderful to deal with and checked on us during the week to see if there was anything we needed. I highly recommend this rental, extremely clean and lots of room to spread out. My grandsons loved the arcade machine. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and giving us all a relaxing vacation!

This house was so close to the beach and was very spacious! We loved the rooftop deck, pool, hot tub and the Pac Man game. I would recommend that the house gets a deep cleaning, including cleaning the couches and kids bedding. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property with easy access to the ocean and the bay. You can easily walk to the park for the kids and there is long list of activities that are well within reach of this property. Missy is wonderful and easy to reach if you need anything!

We had 5 adults and 4 children (5, 3, 2 &1). Perfect house for our large family. Pool and hot tub were amazing for all the littles a the beach is a short 2 min walk away. House was clean and had everything we needed. Missy was great to work with! Quick responses and checked on us during our stay. Washer and dryer we great to have as well. Will definitely be back to this house! *Note - lots of stairs, but this was not an issue for us.

This was the perfect house for a family vacation! We had two sets of grandparents, two kids (2 and 5), parents and one other adult. Everyone had their own space, but the kitchen and open living room was the perfect gathering spot. We enjoyed some happy hours on the roof deck. The weather was a little cool a couple of the days, but the kids still enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of beach toys and beach chairs for everyone to have something they could enjoy at the beach. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach or playground around the corner. Also walkable to some bars/restaurants and a quick drive to Publix or anywhere else on the island. We used the pack n play for our 2 year old, which was nicer than having to bring one with us. Overall would recommend to groups/families and plan on coming back in the future. Missy was easy to contact for anything!

Our experience in renting this property was great! The close proximity to the beach and having all the beach needs (chairs, toys, wagon, etc.) available at the house was very nice. The pool and the hot tub were used daily and all instructions about both were easy to follow. The house itself accommodated all of us nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. We also liked that it was on a not heavily traveled street and though surrounded by houses felt very private. Landscaping was amazing! The one issue we had was easily rectified by the host. Definitely a 5 star rating!

We had the BEST time here! This house was so perfect for our family of 9!!! So much room to spread out, great bedrooms and bathrooms! The pool/hot tub was a treat!! We ate dinner pool side, drank coffee on the roof top deck, watched the sunrise then the sunset on the beach! And the hostess was amazing and so accommodating!!!! Loved it!!!

We had an awesome trip to Anna Maria Island. We had plenty of space for our family plus grandparents. My 3 kids will forever remember swimming in the pool for hours! Beach access was super easy and we liked the central location on the island. We noticed the outside table and coffee table hadn’t been wiped down from the previous guests but that was only the minor thing we could find. We will definitely be back!

What a gorgeous home. Wonderful location. Great pool and AMAZING rooftop views! The owner is VERY easy to contact and was very helpful throughout our stay. A few issues were addressed right away. Super sweet and apologetic. Some of the furniture pictures are not what are actually in the house - which may be addressed in the future. Overall, we had 8 women in our group and we loved the time there. Highly recommend!

This was the ultimate vacation house. For our large group of three families it had all the comforts we needed for the sunny days, the rainy days and starry nights. The outside entertainment area was perfect for when we came off the beach, large kitchen/ dining room table for feeding our crew and family game night. We also enjoyed the little extras like the arcade! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Water Beach house. It was the perfect backdrop for our family of 11 meeting up from different cities. The location from the beach was superb, and much closer than many other houses on the island that we have stayed at. The pool was relaxing each day, and a kid favorite. Perfect mix of sun and shade for our family. Missy was an fantastic host. Some minor issues arose (not in her control), and she dealt with everything expertly. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The house is a quick and easy walk to the beach (even with two kids under 5yo). We spent our mornings at the beach and afternoons poolside. We can't wait to vacation here again!

My son proposed on this vacation. The house was a perfect setting for this. Location was great. Very short walk to the beach. Everyone had plenty of room and the backyard with spa/pool was amazing. The house was beautiful, nicely decorated and had many amenities. Other than food, you wouldn’t need much. Owner was receptive when any issues. Upstairs master shower did not drain well and some bath towels/hand towels had stains but were supposedly clean. The location was perfect and the owner has thought of almost everything you could want.

Great family vacation!

Missy was great to work with prior to our arrival in Florida - she was always extremely responsive. The house was perfect for our group of 12! We had grandparents all the way down to infants. It was so nice to have the pool right in our backyard for those days you did not was to carry all the equipment down the to the beach, and we loved the fact it was so private. Family Thanksgiving get together

It was an overdue family get together to celebrate Thanksgiving as well.as as many other occasions. The house looked exactly as it was described on the site. It was a good size with full capacity and pretty decor. Kids loved the pool.and jacuzzi area and spend their evenings in the water while the rest of us enjoyed dinners outdoors on the patio. The house is conveniently located short distance from the store, so it was easy to make a quick fun if we needed anything. The beach was 5 walking minutes away that enabled us to have morning walks along the shore. The house had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time.

Beautiful property as described and photographed! Super close to both the bay and gulf - walked the beach every morning. House was very clean and well appointed - pool and rooftop deck were great for coffee, cocktails and just relaxing. Always difficult to find equal accommodations for 4 couples so BWBH was perfect with 4 comfortable king bedrooms with private bathrooms. Missy was SO nice and responsive with all of our communication. Everything went smoothly during our stay but she touched base right before check-in and on our last day to ensure things were good. We did not cook any meals but appeared the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/dishes - some dish soap and extra garbage bags would have been a plus. We also did not utilize the bikes or beach stuff but they were available. Lots of great golf and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend BWBH for either couples or families!

This was a family vacation that included several of us and included small children. We had plenty of room to spread out. The home was clean and well-appointed. We very much enjoyed the pool and spa, the rooftop deck, and of course being steps from the beach (with all the chairs, wagon and umbrella!) All in all we had a fantastic stay, and Missy was very responsive with any questions we had prior to the stay and during our stay. This place is an oasis and we would definitely stay here again. The house was well stocked with every imaginable “extra” that could be helpful for a family vacation! (High chair, pack n play, Kid dishes, kid step in the bathroom, fun arcade and game room, lots of beach and pool toys & the bikes were a big hit too!)

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at Missy's home a few weeks ago . The home was beautiful, big enough for our 11 people and furnished with everything we needed for cooking, grilling, and making frozen drinks. There were bikes, plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, and beach tents.

We did have a couple of issues at the house, but none were the owners fault. The people before us left the house a complete mess and the cleaners could not get it done in time. However, they came back to clean a few things that we wanted done. The AC was also broken for a few days on one floor. Missy had someone out almost every day to fix it. Not only that, she even looked for another place for us to move to. We chose to stay in the house because we didn't want to move. She also reimbursed us for the days the AC was out.

When renting a home you can never guarantee there will be no issues, but how the owners respond when there are is what is important. Missy communicated with me non-stop. She did everything she could to resolve our concerns immediately. She was very professional and we were pleased with her efforts.The home itself is beautiful. It is nicely furnished. The beach was a lot closer than I thought it would be. Took just a few minutes. The rooftop view was amazing. We had a great time. Josephine C.

Wonderful trip with Family

Cannot say enough good things about renting here. It is a beautiful property with a pool and a block from the beach. Less than a mile into one of the main parts of AMI with access to restaurants and local shops. We had family down with us and two small kids. We had plenty of room and a lot of stuff to do with the kids. Communication was incredible throughout the entire process and Missy was always helpful both before and during the stay to answer any questions while we were down there. This was our first family trip to AMI and it did not disappoint. Do not hesitate to book this property!!

Vacation during tough times

Our extended family spent a wonderful week at Blue Water Beach House. It was the perfect home for us. After we arrived the Corona virus pandemic unfortunately made it necessary to close all restaurants and shops. We still were very content to stay in and enjoy the pool..the rooftop deck and Short bike rides in the neighborhood and short walks to the beach. All while keeping in step with the recommendations from the CDC. We all want to come back someday and enjoy all the amenities of the area that we could not this trip. Perfect place to vacation and perfect house for our family.

We had a fabulous stay - house accommodated our three generation family. Pool was perfect, bikes and beach toys used daily and we loved the spacious and well equipped kitchen. All our questions were answered promptly and completely. Highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat!

This was a beautiful house for 8 of us! Each couple had their own bathroom with plenty of space! The location was perfect from the beach and not on the busy road! The pool and hot tub were also nice to have to hang out at home. The owners were wonderful and provided plenty of helpful information about local restaurants and attractions. February Beach Stay

We rented this property as four couples trying to be near the beach and enjoy some warm weather over the winter. The house is very nicely located and an easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed these in the mornings. It was nice to have four king beds and bathrooms separately for each couple. Missy was very easy to communicate with and her house is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!The description of the property is accurate and it was very nice to have the trolley to travel up and down the island. We did not rent a car.There are a lot of steps in this house so anyone with mobility issues should consider this.This is a great property and highly recommended.

This house had everything to make our stay even more enjoyable. From bikes to beach gear to pool supplies. Our family really enjoyed our stay and it was largely due to the amazing house that helped us relax all the more. We had 3 separate families and we were all able to feel like we had plenty of private space to enjoy during break times between outings. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and every room had its own tv with tons of channels and Netflix. The kitchen was huge and we loved the colors and decor of the place. It truly felt like a clean luxury resort. We were blessed by being able to stay at this home and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. This beach house is absolutely beautiful! It is a 2 min walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were nice when you just wanna hang out around the house. Very close to many restaurants, and the store. This house is one we will come back to many times in years to come . Very clean and is bigger then the pictures look great kitchen and pool area . Beach is just a short walk away . Can’t wait for our next visit. Owners are very easy to communicate with and are prompt when we had questions.

Blue Water Beach House was a wonderful place to build happy memories with our extended family! It was very clean and fully equipped with kitchen items, beach items, pool items, etc. The beach was just a short walk away. Missy, the manager, was wonderful to work with! The entire family voted it their favorite place to stay at the beach.

This property was beautiful. Owner was very responsive and followed up on everything! Property had everything needed for our party of 10 and was very spacious and better than the pics show. We thought it would be further from the beach than it is, it really is only a few houses away. We would rent this property again or any property from this owner!

Blue Water Beach House is perfect!: Super close to the beach access (1 block). And the beach is excellent. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Terrific, secluded back yard with pool. Super high-end outdoor furniture and plenty of it. Great kitchen and island, etc. For our family of 8 adults and 4 kids, couldn't have been better. Highly recommended!

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids) loved this house. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants and grocery store. It was so nice having the Rooftop, pool, covered patio and outdoor shower. Beautiful beach and we had awesome weather. Anna Maria is our new favorite vacation spot!!!

We had 8 adults & 4 boys ages 4 & under. This home was well supplied for all ages. We lived at the pool & rooftop- great additions! The 4 king bedrooms were perfect because every family had their own space. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. A quick walk to the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas & beach toys made for fun days! We could not have had a better experience anywhere!

Perfect size house for 6 to 12 people.

Heated pool and hot tub are awesome and the covered outside pool area awesome. Short walk to the beach and great views from the top deck. Great property and owner was very responsive! Highly recommend!

Great house - perfect location! Had a little trouble with pool water - no fault of owner - owner very responsive to issues and work was started within the hour! Very roomy place! After renting several places in FL my only suggestion to owners for each place would be to have a second frig maybe in garage for beverages - food for a larger group takes up a lot of room - would be nice to have a little extra refrigerator space. Would highly recommend this house - so close to the beach and lots of amenities. We enjoyed our stay!!

This was perfect for or family. the size, location, amenities and cleanliness was outstanding. From the roof top deck to the pool and spa and everything in between it fit us and our 3 adult children and spouses perfectly. The communication with Missy was helpful, friendly, and prompt. the 2 minute walk to the white sand beach was perfect. The heated pool and spa made for a perfect morning and evening gathering place.

We loved our stay at Blue Water Beach House! The house was just a short walk to the beach which we loved! And the rooftop deck was amazing...you could see the Gulf on one side and the bay on the other. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed. The amount of beach chairs, coolers, pool floats, towels, etc. was an added bonus. And the bikes! The older kids loved to ride the bikes to get ice cream and play mini golf. And Missy was amazing to work with. Answered any and all questions and checked in on us throughout the week. We would definitely recommend Blue Water Beach House and look forward to starting there again!!

Pefect set up for multiple families!

This house was perfect! We had a big group of us and the house was perfect in accommodating all of us. The backyard was our big hang out. The beach is literally a block away and they have lots of toys, carts, etc for the beach. We took use of the bikes and rode around which was fun too. The only time we had an issue with the pool Missy was so quick to get it checked out. To us it was the perfect area for kids as well. Right down the street is some cute shops, cafes, a Walgreens and grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Three generations of our family spent a week at this house. It could not have been better!. The house is well-stocked, from Kitchen to beach toys to pool toys to bicycles to ample towels. Nothing was left to chance. I cannot recommend this house, and its owner, highly enough.

Perfect house for four couples!

Four couples stayed here 1/18-2/1/2019. Upon arrival, we had easy access to the house. While there were more steps to negotiate than we realized, it really wasn’t an issue. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Eating in most nights we had every two needed for cooking. Plenty of dishes and silverware so we could go for a few meals without having to run the dishwasher.

The location of the house was conveniently located close to the beach and grocery store. We walked most days up to the store and back even if we didn’t need anything. The beach was a close walk across the main road. We had no trouble crossing as most people would stop to let you go.

The owner was a joy to work with. She responded promptly to a few minor issues that we brought to her attention. She followed up to make sure things were taken care of. The house is beautifully furnished with lots of beachy decor. Each couple had their own bathroom, which was one of the reasons we rented this particular. The rooftop deck was fabulous, although the weather did not allow us to use it as much as we wanted. The pool and spa are nicely situated in the back with beautiful landscaping for privacy.

We had a lovely time in spite of not so great weather. Comfortable beds, lots of space, great hi def flat screens in every room with a great cable package. Would definitely rent here again should we need a house this big in the future. The owners were some of the most responsive we have ever dealt with. Recommend them highly! Jacquelyn C.

My husband and I, our three adult children with spouses and three grandchildren, ages 4, 19 months and 16 months thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in this beautiful beach home. The location is great being a two minute walk from the beach. Bridge Street is about a 5 minutes drive away with cute, quaint shops and neat little restau rants. Be sure to visit the Bridge Tender restaurant Or the oyster bar. North of this Beachhouse is Anna Maria with lots to explore on Pine Street. There is a build your own donut shop that is a very cool experience with the freshest donuts you’ll ever taste.

This house was set up for families and everything we needed was here including beach toys, a beach cart to walk to the beach and lots of beach umbrellas. We spent countless hours out in the swimming pool and hot tub and grilled a couple of meals outside on the grill in the outdoor living space.

We also bike rode around the island. The bike lanes get a bit narrow in spots but we maneuvered between sidewalks and the bike lane. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days and explored and went for several golf cart rides.

Our entire family was in agreement that this was one of our best vacations yet!!
