We fell in love with Anna Maria Island on our first vacation to Holmes Beach in 2011 & our family has been visiting this area every year since. Little did we know that we would one day decide to put down some roots. The harsh Wisconsin winters drove us to find a place that we could enjoy for years years to come. We built Blue Sky Beach House in 2015. Over the next few years, we learned that it's really fun to share this gem of vacation spot and provide others with an amazing place to stay while at the beach. In 2017 we added a second home to our offerings with the purchase of Blue Water Beach House.
As a family owned & self-managed vacation rental, our guests are the top priority. With just two properties on the island, we can focus on YOU. Unlike dealing with a large vacation rental company with hundreds of properties to take care of, when you call with a concern or question, you talk with the owner. We want your vacation to be relaxing, fun & stress-free. Anna Maria Island is one of a kind & we hope your time here gives you the same joy it's given us!
